"Since March 2006 I have been coaching and climbing with a group of talented young climbers selected to take part in the MCI Youth Development Programme. My intention has been to pass on some of the techniques and knowledge that I have gained over the years and to encourage the young people to develop their talents and to climb and boulder in world-class areas, in Europe and Britain.
